Booked appointments take priority. Walk-ins are welcome only when the chair is free.
If you need to dissolve a previous set before your new set, please add 'Soak off' when you book.
You may move your appointment once, carrying your original deposit over, with at least 24 hours' notice. The new date must fall within 5 working days from the original. After five working days, a new deposit is required.
Please arrive on time. We hold your slot for 15 minutes. After that we may need to shorten the service or move you to a slot that suits our schedule.
A missed appointment without notice forfeits the deposit in full.
